Add a card
In the app, click on "+" and enter the name "Starbucks Slovakia" in the search box. And your loyalty card is ready to collect stamps.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
1. What cards do we still accept?
We are still accepting old physical loyalty cards until the end of the year. If you have an old card with stamps, don't be afraid to bring it.
2. How does the reward for old cards work?
Every customer who comes to the branch with an old card and a new digital one will have all the stamps restamped to the new application. If the customer has 6 stamps on the old card, they automatically receive a free drink. The rest will be restamped.
3. Until when can I use the old card?
We will accept old cards until December 31, 2025. After this date, all stamps will only be recorded in the application.
4. When will you no longer issue physical cards?
Please note that we will no longer be issuing any new physical cards at our cafes starting November 4, 2025. From this date, all new rewards will only be recorded in the Magic Stamp app.
5. What if I change my phone number or lose my mobile phone?
Don't worry, you won't lose your stamps. Just log in to your Magic Stamp account after replacing your device and everything will be restored.
6. Why are you switching to a new digital loyalty system?
We want to be more ecological, more transparent and more practical. With Magic Stamp you will always have your stamps at hand and you will never lose your card again.
